Plenty of pools for all the family. Mostly heated, which was a bonus. The water park was amazing slides for all ages. Food and drink were plentiful and great choices of food for everyone. The staff were amazing too. The waiters couldn’t do enough for you, very friendly and Nicole in guest relations helped when needed she was wonderful. All in all we had a brilliant time there. Can’t wait to go back.

Great week at Aquaviva! Service was excellent, Omar and Mohamed at the front desk were very helpful! The property was sooo spacious and amazing aquapark!! Also nice football and tennis area and many food corners! Only positive things to say!!

All the staff are fantastic! Everyone could not do more for you. Ahmed and Mohamed at check in! Mahmoud at the aqua park who was great at teaching Arabic! Ahmed in Amaraya restaurant who looked after us breakfast through to dinner! And Al Amir who cleaned and decorated our room.

We really enjoyed our time at JAZ Aquaviva. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are comfortable, and everything is well organized. The staff were very kind and helpful, making our stay even better. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel incredibly welcome. The water park was a big highlight, lots of fun and something different to do every day. The beach is just a short ride away, which was very convenient. The food was great with plenty of variety, and the atmosphere around the hotel felt relaxed and safe. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and definitely worth it. I would happily stay here again.

Everything in the hotel was amazing starting from the reception, the staff hospitality, the room and its location to the food and the shows and entertainment at night. We stayed here for three nights at the end of February. The hotel was very good, with large rooms and beautiful pools. The water park was fantastic, with many fun slides. The food in the restaurant was good, and the staff were very friendly. Overall, most things were great and we had a very enjoyable stay.

Our stay at Jaz Aquaviva was absolutely fantastic and truly exceeded our expectations. It is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at! The hotel is spotless – everything from the lobby to the rooms is maintained at the highest standard of cleanliness. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and perfectly prepared every single day. The water attractions for children are amazing. The aquapark provides fantastic entertainment and guarantees great fun for the whole family. It’s truly a paradise for kids! The food was delicious and very diverse. Every day there was a wide selection of fresh, high-quality dishes, so everyone could find something they loved. The restaurants were well organized and very clean. What made our stay even more special was the wonderful staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. We would especially like to thank Mr. Mohamed from the reception and Mohamed who took care of us in the restaurant – both were extremely kind, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. The animation team also did a fantastic job, providing great entertainment and activities throughout the day and evening. Overall, this is definitely one of the nicest hotels we have ever visited. We will certainly come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect family holiday!
