Our stay at the villa was absolutely wonderful. The place is fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable and relaxing stay with family. The villa is very clean, well-maintained, and offers a high level of privacy, which we really appreciated. The rooms are spacious, and the interior design is beautiful and tasteful. A special thanks to Mr. David for his quick responses and great hospitality. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to come back again!

Our recent stay at the villa was a mix of both serene enjoyment and some initial challenges. Located in a quiet area outside the town, the villa offers a peaceful retreat with a lovely garden and a beautiful pool, perfect for relaxation. The different sitting areas around the pool added to the leisurely atmosphere. Spacious and Well-Equipped: The villa is very well-equipped with modern furniture in most rooms, providing ample space and comfort. The large living room with a big sofa and plenty of seating, as well as the large dining table, are perfect for gatherings. Upstairs, another cozy living room offers additional TV space. You will find soap, towels and hairdryers in all rooms which gives you a lovely hotel feeling Bedrooms:There are three large bedrooms with good beds and plenty of cupboard space, each with its own TV, making for a comfortable stay. Traffic Noise: The villa is near a road, and traffic noise from cars can sometimes be heard beyond the hedges, which might disturb the peace for some. Kitchen and Cleanliness: Initially, we were quite disappointed with the state of cleanliness, finding it below our expectations. The kitchen, in particular, was in poor condition, with a cracked hob, a small oven, and outdated utensils, making cooking a challenge. However, David and the owners resolved this promptly with additional cleaning and provided more kitchen equipment, significantly improving our experience. Improvement Suggestions: A kitchen renovation would greatly enhance the cooking experience and efficiency for guests who enjoy preparing meals. Overall, despite the initial setbacks, the proactive and professional response by David and the owners ensured our stay was pleasant. Their swift action and dedication to guest satisfaction turned our experience around, and we truly enjoyed the rest of our time at the villa. We appreciated their efforts and would recommend this villa, especially for those wanting a quiet getaway with great service.

“Awesome outside area with great pool”

Great villa, amazing pool and outdoor area. Huge sofa downstairs, great dining area. Beds extremely comfy and tvs in all bedrooms. Lovely bonus seating area upstairs. Well equipped inside and out. Brilliant host, super easy to deal with and nothing too much trouble.

Super nice Villa, 3 nice bedrooms and plenty of space, pool well maintained. David is always a chat away. Great Stay Lights in the garden and pool amazing. Outside lounge and grill areas fantastic. We will come back.

“Great large villa, good location and amazing host!”

From the moment I booked this property the host David has been very attentive and replies quickly to any queries. On arrival the keys were in a lockbox which was convenient and easy as a group we came on separate flights. Very spacious, had everything you would need, and if there was anything that you might want and asked David he did his absolute best to get it to you! The pool was amazing and all the outdoor furniture plentiful. Lots of storage in bedrooms. Showers lovely and hot. We had a lovely week and didn’t want to leave, will definitely be back! The stay was made even better by the fact that our host was so completely on top of anything we needed extra in the villa. Thankyou David

“Spacious villa in need of more care”

David was extremely kind and arranged the key handover for our very early check in. The communication with him was excellent from the beginning till the end. The house is located in a guarded area about a 10 minute taxi drive to the center of El Gouna which makes it comfortable to reach. The villa is spacious and the number of bathrooms make it easy to use also for a group of friends without breaching each other's privacy. We considered the price to be fair for our group of 5 friends. Also we enjoyed swimming in the lit pool in the evenings.

“Wonderful property, really added to a great stay in El Gouna”

Fantastic villa - spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The swimming pool and the pool area is wonderful. Great bedrooms and bathrooms. We felt at home from the moment we arrived and didn't really want to leave!

We ended up changing to a different villa. David went above and beyond to rectify the double booking. The villa was at the Marina and was a perfect location. Thank you David. Highly recommend. We will use David again.
