“A Stay in One of best Hotels in Hurghada.”

The Beach is awesome clean sandy ,wide with crystalline water and not crowded .I only had breakfast and it was delicious with many varieties. The sea view from my room was so marvelous. Although it was a short stay due my daughter's school I really have enjoyed it. The staff was really helpful and doing their bests to serve Guests especially Mr. AbdelRahman and Mr. Remon.

Everything was exceeding our expectations. We reserved 3 single rooms through booking.com and asked for 3 rooms beside each other. It was done as by our request, and more than that we even had a complimentary fruit basket, as we have been in the hotel a year ago already. Thank you for having this much attention.

“beautiful hotel with lovely staff”

All staff were very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. We arrived late so they sent a late dinner to our room at no extra cost. We stayed in a deluxe sea view room which was very spacious with comfy beds, a balcony with a lovely view overlooking the pool and beach where you can watch the sunrise if you wake up early enough! The room did not let noise in, we slept very well. All facilities were very clean. Nice variety of food at the buffets. As we were staying more than 4 nights, two restaurant meals were included of which the Italian meal was excellent. The hotel also provides a breakfast box to take with you if you are leaving early for a tour. We went for a day trip to Luxor. The pool was lovely with a swim up bar. The private beach was beautiful and clean. My daughter loved the mini disco which is at 8:30pm. They allowed us a late check out and lunch on our last day which was very helpful as our flight was in the evening. The massage at the spa was excellent. All the staff were lovely and eager to help even though they themselves were fasting for Ramadan. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was amazing. Very nice with private beach. Seawater Chrystal clear. Nice pool view from the balcony. The buffet was good. They also have Mediterranean and Italian restaurant. The food was pretty decent. There are shows every night at the pool. Staff are nice and friendly. They all greet you with smile, and try to assist you. The service is 5 star, no doubt. Made the stay a great experience.

Beautiful and spacious rooms, super clean, the service is amazing, everyone is incredibly friendly, genuine, accommodating and professional, special thanks to the reception team who helped with all of our fussy requests, the canteen worker Mahmoud Abd Alshfy who made our day with his positive energy and Bedo from the animation team who organised the amazing partying part of our holiday and who we had good chats with. The food was gorgeous - great variety of meals, they do grill outside every day as well and cook a lot of meals in front of you 🤌🏼 The food quality and taste are outstanding! You HAVE TO go to their shisha bar, I have shisha quite often, but the one there was the best I’ve ever had! Amazing cocktails too and the prices are weirdly very low. They have lots of activities, parties, games, entertainment pretty much non stop. Also they’ve got spa and Beaty salon, can recommend both 🙌🏼

I recently stayed at the Continental Hotel in Hurghada, Egypt, and it was an outstanding experience. The hotel is situated on the most amazing beach I've ever seen—crystal clear waters and pristine sands made every day unforgettable. The food was exceptional, easily some of the best I've tasted in Egypt, with a great mix of local and international dishes. But what really made our stay special was the staff. They couldn't do enough for us, always attentive and friendly. I want to give a particular shoutout to Manager Rimon. We arrived feeling stressed after a 29-hour flight delay and a last-minute booking, but Rimon went out of his way to make us feel welcome. He helped us resolve some issues we were facing and his genuine hospitality turned our trip around. Rimon is a total asset to the hotel, and he's the main reason we'll be booking to stay here again. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hurghada!

I wanted to change the mattress topper they did changed right away, i forgot my bags in the hotel they sent it to cairo by go-bus and didn’t charge me anything. Great service. Manager Remon and Ahmed Samir were great.

“Very relaxing stay in this Jewel of Hurghada”

Very well maintained rooms, we stayed at the Villa with a private pool. Service and response times by the entire staff were brilliant. The reception and were extremely accommodating to all our requests. Best of all was the presence of an on-site doctor, who dealt with our issue and had us enjoying our holiday within a couple of hours. We were on the all-inclusive package and the food served at the buffet was varied and delicious. Great live evening entertainment shows for the entire family. This hotel has its own private beach and a harbour.

I had an amazing 7 nights at this place. From the very start till the end. All the staff were super friendly including Fadi, Mahmoud (Shisha host) Mohammad from reception, Rimon the manager, El badry the cleaner and so many more to name that took so much care of us. All the facilities were up to date and working. This place looks so much more better than what you see on the pictures. They have an amazing pool with the beach right behind it, activities to keep you busy all day. I would definitely recommend you all staying here and booking it. Honestly I had no complaints at all this place. Can’t wait to visit again for sure. Thank you guys once again.

The All inclusive Buffet was very good, had a lot of variety each day and the food was fresh. The hotel was not over crowded which helps with the buffet. The pool and beach area's are lovely and all the members of staff were helpful.
