The rooms are spotless and well maintained, and beach towels are replaced daily, which is a great convenience. Water, coffee, and tea are regularly replenished everything is thoughtfully arranged down to the smallest detail. The breakfasts are delicious, with two options to choose from, so everyone can find something they like. The owner is a fantastic, caring, and attentive person always helpful, warm, and genuinely dedicated to the guests. He takes care of everything in a way that makes the stay not only comfortable but truly special. Definitely a place you’ll want to come back to!

Fantastic place ...very clean room with everything you need for a comfortable stay.. quiet location only 5 minutes walk to a stunning bikini beach..lovely tall room,super comfy bed and pillows, good AC and a ceiling fan, bikes, beach towels ,tea coffee kettle, TV, water readily available..room safe, fridge, toiletries ,hair dryer, and Samir the owner serves a great breakfast.Samir was super helpful and did everything he could to make our stay perfect...we wouldn't hesitate to stay again, excellent value for money..thanks Samir!

It was the King's room with beuatiful furniture, a bedlight, a big and comfi matrass without a crack and a large well equipped bathroom. Friendly owner Shameer who helps wherever possible. Very goog value for money.

“Local Maldivian Experience”

We stayed in the sunrise Huraa for 2 nights and we enjoyed our stay at full. Location of the accommodation is very convenient close to the port and a few restaurants on the island. It is also only 8 minutes walk to the beautiful beach. The service at accommodation is top, as described and the team is professional, very friendly and nice people! I loved the Maldivian breakfast :)

We had an amazing time at the Sunshine Huraa where we stayed for 10 days ! We had cleaning service every day free of charge with water and clean towels provided daily. The Maldivian breakfast that was included was also lovely and professional. We loved the island as it was chill with a beautiful beach a close walk away. The bikes at the guesthouse also helped get around the island. We would highly recommend it and would love to go back in the future :)

The breakfast was delightful, offering a perfect start to each day. One of the highlights of our trip was the snorkeling and fishing excursion. The coral sanctuary was breathtaking, and it was incredible to witness such vibrant marine life up close. Sameer also prioritised safety during the snorkeling trip, which made the experience even more enjoyable and stress-free. Overall, this was a truly memorable experience, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a mix of relaxation, adventure, and exceptional service. The hospitality and kindness of everyone at the Sunrise Huraa was wonderful, I cannot thank them enough! The room and bathroom were spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. Mr. Sameer arranged a meeting with the dive centre (my main reason for coming to the Maldives) and was the most gracious, kind and professional host during my stay there. His family and him are amazing and I am filled with gratitude. One of my favourite places to stay. :)

We absolutely loved the warm hospitality of the staff, especially Dharemendra's delicious cooking and Sameer's gracious invitation to dinner. The property's proximity to the beach, with convenient bike rentals, was also a huge plus.

Pros: Cozy, family-run accommodation with only 4 rooms, creating a warm, personalized experience. Spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms with friendly, helpful staff who go the extra mile—like arranging alternative transport when needed and prividing with a lot of local information. A 15-minute walk to the beach, with free bicycles available for added convenience. Flexible check-out and a tasty breakfast—highly recommend trying the Maldivian option. Small, quiet island with a laid-back vibe, ideal for relaxation; the public bikini beach is well-equipped with publich/free sunbeds and umbrellas and very likely you'll have the whole beach for yourself.

Cute hostel. Nice bathroom. Comfy bed. Owner was helpful. 10 minute walk to a beautiful bikini beach. The best quadruple filtered water available for the guests. It also looked like the snorkel gear was almost new.
