Very attractive location Spotless rooms with all thinkable luxury (including excellent shower, well functioning air con,...) and very well serviced. Very helpful staff, they do anything they can.

Spectacular lake view from room

Everything was great. The Hunzai hospitality was the icing on the cake. We originally planned to stay 2 nights but extended our stay because of how blown away we were by this property. This place is the closest thing to heaven on earth.

Everything about my stay was perfect, from the warm hospitality to the room setup. They even upgraded our room, which was such a lovely surprise! It honestly exceeded my expectations. Fantastic food and a wonderful head chef who takes great pride in his work. Don't miss the garlic naan and biryani! Loved sleeping here, perfect mattress and bedding, and especially loved hearing the call for prayer ring through the mountains. The CEO came over for a chat as I was checking out, what an inspiring man with a big dream.

Bed was comfy, but too noisy even when you change your side while sleeping it made such a noice I woke up multiple time during the night. Not sure if that was mattress spring or bed itself, luxus need to examine the bed. However, the overall pleasant experience compensated the discomfort due to bed.

Located on the lake, beautiful scenery from your room

We went in winter with heavy snowfall. They had good room heating and hot water was available in all rooms which was a necessity in severe cold weather. Rooms are of good size with comfortable beds and good views of the lake. Balcony had chairs and table. Kettle and tea making facilities were available. Parking is available. Mr Imran at reception was particularly helpful and kept us informed about local activities and weather conditions. Staff was helpful.
