I booked the room in the morning at Naran and received the confirmation of room reservation and then I left for Hunza. When I reached the hotel at almost sunset. They told me that they have cancelled my booking so I enquired more and they told me that it was confirmed by booking.com, not us. I mean why booking.com does confirmation without asking them first. They said they tried contacting me but could not due to poor or no service at all in the mountains. Long story short, I had to look for other options at almost night time with no reception at all and the city was an hour away from there so I had no option except to get any room nearby. Had a really bad experience.
