We had to cancel the booking they did not have elevators and put us on 3rd floor we both use Walkers and could not manage the stairs they were very good at not charging us for the cancelation

No coffee maker in the room! Had to get a timmies coffee the night before to heat up in the morning with the small microwave. P.S don't buy an extra large, it doesn't fit.

The room was fine, other than the TV remote didn't work so I couldn't change the channel. As a single elderly woman, I didn't want to go wandering around to find someone to fix it for me. There was no breakfast, no coffee maker in the room but there was a fridge and microwave as I had requested. You could tell that some improvements were being made in the rooms. The bed, towels and bathroom were clean and it was a comfortable stay for a night. You get what you pay for which was a basic room.
