Lovely spacious cottage in the first row in front of the water. Very tidy and quiet area with deer, turkeys and of course lots of squirrels spotted. Great facilities for free (pool&sauna until 10pm - nice sandy beach and plenty of canoes, kayaks, paddleboards. Also sports & playgrounds for kids. Cottage was nicely equipped with ok kitchen gear.

The location is fabulous. Everything is included when you get there, from gas for the bbq to the kayaks. The indoor pool and sauna are lovely. Would like to have spent longer.

The location is fantastic, the watersports activities are great, beach is nice and quiet. Staff are friendly. Its a lovely resort. Love the wildlife.

The location was beautiful.Very peaceful,lots to do such as swimming,hot tub ,games room even though the weather didnt cooperate.Our cabin was cozy ,had everything we needed.The beds,even the sofa bed was comfortable.It was very clean and comfortable.We had many deer visitors and birds.

We liked The spacious cabin, good kitchen, fireplaces. Great pool, sauna and hot tub. Quiet, very scenic location. Great skating rink! Very helpful staff and one man made an after hours firewood drop off, and fixed a circuit breaker that had popped. We were delivered extra blankets which helped on the cold 2nd night. Located near lovely parks and skiing.

Really relaxing and quiet location, we had the Alodging cottage which was perfect for 4 people and despite not being the most modern cottage in very good condition, good choice of leisure equipment

It was a perfect stay. The property is away from the main roads and we were able to enjoy the tranquility of the nature. We stayed in #21 the traditional cottage, which was very clean, everything was new/renovated, comfortable beds, clean sheets and towels and a fully equipped kitchen overlooking the lake. It is an ideal location to be able to experience the fall colors - lots of hiking trails nearby and it is amazing just to drive around the Lake of Bays. Algonquin park is a reasonable drive away too (30-50 min). The staff was very helpful. You get extra amenities such a great playground for kids, game room, pool with hot tub and sauna. The firepit is great for socializing and mush mellows by the water. Thank you very much for a wonderful getaway!

“Crap”
When we got there the cabins were out dated and dirty I asked for the other cabins to stay in that we saw in the pictures and they were beautiful. We were able to enjoy that for two nights and then we were moved back into the awful cabins the difference is astonishing in the nice cabins everything is nice and clean nice dishes etc in the other cabin they moved us to everything was old and outdated and the mattress had springs sticking out so bad we couldn’t even stay our last night

Size and layout of The Hilltop was great. very clean and warm. 2 Beds not comfortable-we rolled into the middle. Lovely pool saunaandhottub. Good gameroom. Lots of dining and kitchen space, and rooms for activities. Great fireplace and wood supply.
