“Ok for a short stay”
Our bed was very comfy, and the room's air conditioning was good! The location was nice and quiet, and it was an appeal that we could bring our dog to stay.

“Absolutely adorable”
Very clean and cozy. The beds are super comfortable. This will be our go to place when we are in Huntsville and not camping. Staff are friendly

There was unfinished construction outside our room with exposed wires, pipes, and insulation, that had strong rodent-like odors that filled the hallway and seeped into our room. These conditions were not disclosed before or upon our arrival. The window in the room was also warped and bulging, likely from heavy snow load which felt unsafe. Additionally, the room was missing basic amenities such as hand soap and a blow dryer, and when we contacted the provided number, we were told none were available, which was especially frustrating in winter after showering before outdoor plans. They did however accommodate when we asked for an ice bucket and cups for the room.

The location of the facilities is very close to Port Sydney and that was a beauty to see.

The staff were so lovely! We arrived late in the evening and the kitchen staff kindly stayed open for us so we could order food. The room and bathroom were very comfortable and definitely exceeded our expectations. Great value for money and in a beautiful area.

“Quaint, cozy little retreat with a wonderful, attached restaurant.”
The room I booked was the king suite. The room was clean and comfortable. The furnishings were dated but adequate. The towels and bedding were clean and smelled fresh. The bathroom looked recently updated and everything worked well. There was a small fridge which suited our needs perfectly. The cable box did not work properly (bad power cable connection) but the on-line channels worked fine for us. The restaurant had great wings!
