I've got a room with jacuzzi and sauna. There was some issues with water drainage but it got fixed after person who is taking responsibility around came to help.

Very well equipped and I liked that. Quiet, you can sleep well at night.

The location is nice, next to a busy street but near the beach. For one night it was okay.

Accommodation is located outside the center of Copenhagen, but is excellently connected by public transport. The place is clean, and the staff is friendly. The room has two beds, a small table, an open wardrobe with hangers, a fan, and two towels. We had the option to use the shared kitchen, which was great for breakfast and making coffee. There is a large refrigerator in the hallway that can be used for storing food. The bathroom is also shared. It's important to be polite and tidy, and to clean up after yourself to maintain cleanliness for everyone staying at the property. Free Wi-Fi is available.

We slept in the freezing cold in a garden-shed next to a high way with no water or proper heating and dirty toilet in another building. This is not a hotel but rooms for foreign workers.

My window was opened to the cafe area. People were allowed to smoke there and the smoke came into my room.

House was easy to find, we got instruction to checkin and everything worked without problem. Room was beautiful and clean. Only bathroom with toilet was small but no problem in that. We recommend.

“Very disappointing”

There was nobody in the "reception" for the two days of our stay. We found out which room was ours by making a phone call, and it was in the basement without a window!!! The room was damp with even damp sheets and not the best smell. There was very little room to even turn around and the wardrobe that was there made no sense - inconvenient to use it. There were four more rooms on the ground floor, in a better condition, and two of them even empty during our stay - but again, there was nobody to let us change the room. The kitchen in the basement was not clean and unpleasant to use. The fridge seemed to have not been cleaned for ages with different types of food left by other guests. Simply disgusting. The two toilets and the showers not clean enough. It also looked like anybody can enter the place and use the kitchen or simply live there, because the reception is just there to make a visual impression for guests. There were also some workers living and drinking in the evenings and making noise. Overall, you can hear all the sounds coming from everywhere. I have never written such a negative review before, but when there is a mess and basic requirements for a stay are not met, it is a duty to inform. Clean, look after the place, and never put people live in a basement - it is a shame to make money in such a way.
