“This hotel met my expectations”
I arrived late, the shuttle was there when I walked outside of the terminal, and the airport is close to the hotel. The room was quiet, comfortable and clean. I was happy with the hotels breakfast in the morning and they have excellent coffee. I had a slightly later check out and they didnt charge me for 2 extra hours, so thank you for that.

“I am not one to complain as I am very easy going but this hotel gave me a “pay by the hour” vibe.”
There was not much that I liked unfortunately- other than how close it was to the airport.

According to hotel employee booking never sent the reservation and hotel employee said "i know you communicated with us but my manager receives those emails and he left already."

We had a 15 hour layover in Houston due to Air Canada strikes and having to change our flights at thr last minute. I googled closest hotels to IAH airport and this was the 2st choice that came up. It was easy to get to via Uber. Very clean and pleasant. Bed were so comfy. Room was spacious and clean.

“I would not book this hotel again for the same traveling needs because of that!”
The location was great! We did not need breakfast since we had to leave at 4 am I liked the cleanliness of the room. The shuttle service worked out for us in the early morning hours but Barely.
