“Unsafe stay — my truck was stolen”
I had a terrible experience at this hotel. My truck was stolen from the parking lot, and the hotel provided no real support or concern to help resolve the situation. It is unacceptable for a place where guests are supposed to feel safe to have no effective security at all. There was no proper surveillance, and the staff’s response was indifferent. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone — staying here is a risk.

The staff were amazing, the girls on reception were super friendly. The laundry was a reasonable price, the room was spacious and everything was clean.

The staff was great and the room very comfortable. It is very close to the airport and that was my idea, so it worked. They included breakfast.
