Very comfy bed and pillow. 24hr Airport shuttle. I arrived Houston at 3am and called the hotel for a shuttle. It came to pick me within 30 minutes.

“Ideal for short stays during a long IAH layover”
Great place for a long layover at IAH. Staff were more welcome and friendly than I would expect for chain hotels like this - and this welcome deserves a higher score. Amazing value for a King room and room facilities were entertaining, safe and comfortable. Only a short taxi ride from IAH that cost me $15. Took the free shuttle back to the airport the next day. Free breakfast was a perk too. Plenty of food options around the hotel.

Location was fantastic for us as we were staying overnight for a flight early the next morning. Just 5mins from the airport and the complimentary shuttle service back the next day was on time, quick, and comfortable. Very happy customers.

“Exceptional.”
All three front desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. I was there for a long layover but not overnight. I needed to sleep but all the amenities looked very inviting and clean. Lovely back garden area that I did enjoy.

“Convenient location to Houston airport”
Had a long layover after arriving from New Zealand before our flight to Cancun the next morning. Just stayed one night before our morning flight. The hotel is nothing fancy, but did the trick. Super close location to the airport, which is why we picked it - the free shuttle to/from the airport was a great bonus (no need to spend money on a taxi/Uber). There are a couple food options nearby within walking distance.
