Overview
Wyndham Palmas Beach & Golf Resort in Humacao features an outdoor adults-only infinity pool and a fitness centre. Located in the Palmas del Mar district, the property provides guests with access to a restaurant. The resort provides a hot tub and a 24-hour front desk. “I have a great experience but service must improve overall .”
The staff at some bars specially at pool . Do not attend me with the right way , make me wait too much. Do not clean properly the counters even water was split .

Excessively loud music in all common areas of the property, until 9 pm every night. The fitness facilities were closed and this was not adequately informed on Booking. Despite the supposedly high rating of the resort, cleaning of the rooms was only available upon request, and not always very efficient (one of the days we had to request it 3 times during the day, and cleaning took place at 7 pm).

“Did not meet expectations but good location to explore from”
The pool area is good - several pools with different temperatures, the area is big enough for everyone to get a sun bed, there are enough towels to borrow etc. The place was overall clean, and is well located. If you have a car you can easily explore the south-east coast.

“4 nights in Humacoa”
Breakfast enjoyed on the outside patio of Trova. Enjoyed seeing a nest of monk parakeets in the tree off our balcony. Staff very nice allowing us to change to a room not overlooking the driveway entrance. Enjoyed the complimentary rum cocktail. Enjoyed dinner at La Pescaderia. Tried to go to Miramar for cocktails snacks but too busy, looked like a lovely location. Ate at Trova one night, good service.

“Best resort in Puerto Rico I’ve been to, and believe me we’ve been to many.”
We enjoyed the warm friendly environment and hospitality. We plan on making this our annual stay. The beach was just a short walk from our room. We had the option of going to either pool within the resort which was just a few steps in either direction from our room. The staff was super friendly and hospitable. Loved the resort. Last, but not least, I sincerely enjoyed their elixir Purple Rain. Believe it or not, it was quite calming without intoxication. I strongly encourage you try it at least once.

“Horrible”
The Hotel doesn't follow the safety protocol and I ended up falling from the wet stairs. The front desk staff was rude and unprofessional: they didn't follow my requests, didn't have knowledge about their job, and had no experience in customer service. The hotel staff charged my credit card some fees (that was included in the amount I already paid while booking the stay) without my permission or approval. Rooms are dry, dusty, and have bugs.
