“Value for money”
Exception service start from airport pick up until drop off, choose the hotel due to late night arrival and speed Boat Transfer to private island not available until morning. All the staffs were helpful and welcoming .Room was good with all amenities. They arranged to deliver dinner to room even after arrived late. I was worried about low review score but the service don't deserve this low score, good place to stay and great value for money.

You get quite a good accommodation for the price paid. Would recommend it for a budget trip. Nice location, good access to beach and stores.

“Will never booked this property again! Not worth the money of every tourist.”
First pick-up point in airport since we arrived as a group they have squeezed the guests to fit in the car, though we even take taxi instead going to hotel since they will not comeback. (Even if supposed to be included on what you pay for) Second there’s no elevator in this property so be ready for a stairs specially if you will stay in 3rd floor (not recommended for elder guest or traveling with baby) Third check in process was worst. Small reception the receptionist was totally confuse if you going to check in as a group or family. Fourth room wasn’t up to date, it’s not clean as other properties (for the same room rate), the wash room will be too slippery when it gets wet and there’s no even floor mat (we have to asked for it). There’s a mosquitoes in the room (bathroom specifically) Fifth the breakfast was a big NO. Can be better they don’t even offer water automatically (you have to asked for it) there’s no option for breakfast and the food wasn’t even hot feel it was like left over. Cut fruits is apple which is even already brown. Overall for the room rate of this property that you will pay, you can even get to other hotel with much much better facilities, airport transport, breakfast and staff. Not worth the money!!!

The people working here are friendly and mean well, try to help. We did get the complimentary transfer from and to the airport which was the main reason we booked this place

I had a group of 12 people with 4 rooms booked, transfer included. After 90 minutes at the airport, and nobody coming or picking up the phone, we had to pay our own taxis to go to the hotel. Besides, they wanted to add 4% to the booking price because I wanted to pay with credit card (not specified in the booking.com info). The building is so old, and it seems the walls are melting down. Uncomfortable beds, poor shower. Of course I will not return at my next trip to Male.
