All staff members were very welcoming, polite, respectful and helpful. The hotel looks modern, with clean rooms, comfortable bed, hot water with enough pressure in the shower, simple but nice breakfast and comfortable waiting area. Possibility for late check out at a small extra cost. Highly recommend this nice hotel!

I had a disappointing experience with this hotel. The hotel lost my room key card and initially asked me to pay 20 USD for it, later “reducing” the charge to 15 USD, even though it was just a simple plastic key card. As a result, I constantly had to ask staff members to open the room for me, and I could not properly use the electricity system in the room without the card. There was no clear information provided at check-in about any replacement fee in case the card was lost. The only warning was written in extremely small and unclear text on the back of the card, and it did not specifically mention that guests would be charged in case of loss. Without clear communication beforehand, the charge felt less like a reasonable policy to encourage guests to be careful and more like an easy way to make extra money from customers. Overall, I found the situation frustrating and poorly handled.

The attitude of the staff and how they talk to the customers are unacceptable, we also work in the tropism industry, it was so disappointing to be treated by the staffs how I was treated in that hotel, I don't think I will stay in that hotel anymore, preciously I stayed in that hotel multiple times. But not anymore.

The staff was surprisingly unfriendly - the stranger held the doors so I could exit with suitcases. They charge for everything. The bedsheet was damaged, the aircon didn’t work and they changed filter after I asked! Aircon was taped and they asked if I broke it even tho I just arrived at the room! When there wad a breakfast time I choose to pay for it at another hotel even tho I had it included in this one. Everything looks old and dirty. On the booking it says that they offer airport shuttle - they charge 20USD! You pay 6$ with a nearby taxi. Waste of money and nerves.

It’s close to the airport so it’s good if you arrive late at night like we did. Our room was spacious and comfortably fit three adults. Bathroom was clean and the shower had good pressure! Staff were friendly and polite.
