I would also like to commend the Nepalese receptionist, who was exceptionally friendly, professional, and always greeted guests with a warm smile. Their positive attitude made my stay more enjoyable. When I reported the air conditioning issue in my original room, the staff responded promptly and kindly arranged for me to move to a better room. I really appreciated their effort to resolve the problem and ensure my comfort throughout my stay.

I did not have exact change for my taxi so I sent a text via whatsapp to hotel for help. True enough, the reception staff was already waiting at the lobby for our arrival with the money, and very efficiently handled it. Off to a good start I must say. The room was also comfortable, with a balcony I can use to dry my wet clothes. I like that the beach is just behind the hotel, so I had time for a last dip in the sea just 2 hours before heading to the airport 😉

We waited an hour to be accommodated, then the staff wanted to move us in another “hotel” which was like a dormitory. After we refused we had to wait another half an hour to get to the room
