“Great location, but poor rooms, price is too high for such conditions, only because of location”
On the positive side, the location is good - close to the castle, only about 7 minutes by car. There is also a pool, private parking, and a small beautiful area for children, which is great. If the comfort and condition of the room are improved, this place could be rated 7–9. For now, I would rate it only with 5.

Our host was very welcoming informative and helpful. Everything was very clean and fresh. Facilities were as described. It was close to Mont St Michel which was great but still in a quiet rural are to enjoy the peace and quiet. I would highly recommend it.

Located in a quiet rural premises a few minutes off the main road, very peaceful and calm. Very friendly and helpful owner, he gave us many good advices and help. Appartment is comfortable, with all the necessary kitchen utensils. Jacuzzi (it was already warmed when we arrived) is a really nice touch and great relief after long day of traveling/exploring. Swimming pool (covered and heated) is also great. An excellent base camp for exploring nearby attractions (Mont saint Michel ...).

“An overnight stop after a day at Omaha before we tracked to the Alps.”
Host was on site. Met us, handed over the keys and was very helpful. Also needed some milk which he gave us and didn't charge. Very friendly and a great base to explore the area. Lovely set up, all very clean and dog friendly. The Jacuzzi was lovely after a long day of travel.
