“Great value for money”
Amazing value for money. The apartment was clean, in a good location, and the swimming pool was great.

“Bad value for money”
Upon arrival the owner (from booking.com) asks you to contact a manager. The problem is that this guys asks for a building number and room number which owner didn't tell us. A lot of unnecessary communication as result(room 301). When we walked in the room it was pretty cramped and very dusty, like dust balls in corners. No toilet paper. We saw vacuum cleaner and didn't mind cleaning ourselves. It didn't work so we contacted the manager and the owner for a working one. We got a nasty attitude from the manager for "complaining" to the owner but the he brought us the vacuum cleaner after all (came with complaining about the owner this time). We also had to clean the shelves/dryer - they had a layer of dust. The owner refused to refund EUR 60 cleaning fee. There was water leaking under the sink in the kitchen that gave some smell but the manager told us to ignore that. Almost no wifi - download speed around 0.5 Mb/s. Accommodation had big closet but one half was under the lock and the second one had blankets and cleaning supplies, there is a hanging rack in the hall. Definitely can't fit more than 2 people. Pillows were worn out and mattress cover had stains (classics).
