Apart from the checkin when we were given the wrong key cards for the wrong rooms, and my request for parking was not passed on our stay was fabulous, the staff were great both in the bar and restaurant, the food was exceptional. We will be defiantly be staying again, hopefully longer next time so we can explore Huesca.

Great location and excellent facilities

Used as a one night stopover whilst travelling through Spain by motorcycle. Staff were friendly and accommodating even finding space in the full underground car park for the motorcycle. Nice friendly bar and very reasonably priced also used it for breakfast. Great location and well priced for a city centre location. Would highly recommend

Serious concerns regarding security, transparency and communication. Before our stay, fraudsters contacted me using my reservation details and attempted to obtain an additional payment of approximately EUR 450. They had access to information that should have been known only to the hotel and Booking.com. Two days later, the hotel itself acknowledged a security breach and warned guests not to make payments. Had I not noticed inconsistencies in the message, I could have lost a significant amount of money. Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. Reception staff were unable to provide information in English, and we were never informed that breakfast was not included in the reservation price and would be charged separately. Restaurant staff asked my husband to sign documents without explaining what he was signing or what charges were being authorized. As a result, we only discovered at check-out that an additional EUR 111 had been added for breakfast. We left feeling disappointed, misled and concerned for future guests.

Perfect location

Location was great. 2 minute walk into the old town. There was a park opposite which was fantastic for walking the dogs. Dog friendly room with an enclosed balcony which was excellent. Evening meal was very good and the breakfast had a wide choice of food available Parking on site under the hotel which was very helpful Staff were very friendly and helpful

Location suited our travels. Basement parking available (at a cost). Comfy room with a kettle for tea/coffee making, but supplies were on the light side - only one of each and no milk.

Friendly and thoughtful staff, comfortable room, quiet, well-cooked dinner with impeccable service, lots of choice at buffet breakfast. Some amazing trees in the park over the road.
