Exceptional receptionist who offered indoor, secure parking for our motorcycle, adjacent to the hotel, free of charge. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to centre, clean and had a private enclosed patio.

“Great stay, safe parking, handy location”
I stayed at this hotel during a leisure trip with a group of friends, and we were all really impressed. The rooms were super comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. We also loved the secure parking and the handy location—it was easy to get around from there. Would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a comfy and welcoming stay!

The building is poorly maintained. Substantial damp damage from very badly designed and fitted shower rooms let the property down.

“Poor attention to detail.”
Receptionist seemed very stressed and overstretched. The bed was very hard. Paper cups in the bathroom were not appreciated. Little things, such as dead batteries in the TV remote, have been overlooked.

“A surprising very pleasant stay.”
The room was very comfortable and well laid out. It was also clean and spacious. Overall it was much better than I was expecting.

on road parking . found it very difficult to work out how to use the pay machines, very kind lady receptionist came out into the road in the poring rain and sorted it for me.so great full.

Location good near centre for shops, cafes, etc. The Hostal was simple, clean and comfortable for our overnight stay. Car parking was available by pre-booking. Hostal met our expectations from previous reviews.
