“Pleasant stay in Hudson”
Good location right on Warren Street in the middle of Hudson. Room was a good size and beds were very comfortable, including nice pillows. Air conditioning on when we arrived, kept the room nice and cool. Bathroom very clean and the shower looked new, worked well. No frills hotel for sure but good for the price.

“Reserve here if you want to be ripped off”
When I arrived reception refused to honor my booking, and insisted I pay more than $200 additional if I wanted the room I had reserved. Turns out they had made the mistake with the rate they were offering. They never reached out before I arrived, they would not honor the advertised rate, and refused to offer a discount off a normal rate because of their mistake. Terrible customer service. Do not trust the rate rate you see here, as they will charge you more once you show up.

The front staff guy was very rude He told us that the new owners do not want Black people in their building. And our money wasn’t that there N first hand That there was nobody at the front counter and I had a call from them twice and when they showed up they was very rude. I’m out of town guests and I came here for work. I will not be suggesting this hotel to nobody.

“A terrific location with wonderful staff and excellent rooms and lobby!”
The hotel was spotless, the staff incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and super clean and quite quiet. The room was well stocked with a little coffee machine, fridge, microwave and iron, etc. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast and lobby area welcoming and clean. Safe and well located hotel and parking! I don't know if it was supposed to open, but there was a screen on the window; and it was delightful on our 2 night stay to be able to turn off the AC system, open the window and enjoy the lovely early autumn weather in our room.

“Would stay again!”
I think the room was a little pricey, but the location is perfect -- right by all the shops and a lovely walk down to the river. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower worked well. The staff was super nice.
