Girl on reception was friendly and spoke good English. Good location, organized taxi to airport, book tours easily through them, borrow walking poles if needed.

Helpful staff and could book tours for you. Reasonably priced and quick laundry service. Room service and regular cleaning of the rooms was an added bonus after staying in many basic hostels. Hot shower. Good location.

I'd highly recommend staying here. Extremely good value. The staff were incredibly friendly helpful, and they handled all the tour bookings and any questions we had. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the bathrooms are good too.

Comfortable stay in Huaraz, perfectly located near the bus station & plenty of restaurants. The staff were really friendly, allowing us to drop bags off prior to checkout, & even store luggage for free while we did a 4 day trek. Very good value for money.

Great location, helpful staff, comfortable room, hot showers which make such a difference after hiking for several days. Really, really appreciated being allowed to return to the guesthouse to shower after my last hike and before my night bus.

Amazing value for money and the included breakfast is not bad at all considering what you pay. The room was clean and the shower was really good - great pressure and instant hot water. Staff was really helpful when planning tours and activities. I’ve travelled Peru for a month and this was one of the best stays - really recommended!

We loved this place, could be the best value for money on our entire backpacking trip. Super friendly staff who helped us book tours to the hikes. Breakfast was basic but set you up nicely for the day. Rooms were comfy and the shower was amazing. For the price you pay, you cant beat it.

The room was spacious and clean, not far from the city center. The hosts were very friendly and kind. I originally booked two nights and then extended it for two more.

Great affordable place to stay in Huaraz. Hot water almost all day (shower before it gets late in the evening) - rooms with private bathroom very comfortable and warm blankets to keep you warm at night. Staff were pleasant, laundry was cheap.

Dirty, noisy. We asked for two vehicles to be transported to the airport and they sent us just one trying to squeeze us inside. It wasn't possible and we almost missed our flight. Not professional at all.

Good room with hot water in the shower and comfy bed

Breakfast is served by the staff at the table, and not in a buffet, which is the usual in Peru. It was tasty and changed every day (one day we had pancakes, the other we had French toast). Bread and jam was there every day. There is tea and coffee at the table during the day. The shower had a door, thankfully, and not sticky curtains. The hotel provides tours, and they pick us up from the front.

A good hotel at a good price. Good breakfast. You can sign up for day trips here. I forget my clothes there and they sent them to me. Very good service

Friendly and helpful staff

Great hostel, excellent service. Good breakfast, run by a family that provides service with love. We traveled as a group of friends by bike, and they were always willing to help with our transportation and luggage.
