The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a good meal in the restaurant in the evening and good value for money. The bed was very comfortable. Shower was good size and hot. Street outside was quite at night. They booked us a taxi to the airport the next morning. Even though the curtains didn't cover the whole window, we both slept well.

“An oasis of hospitality”
This is exactly what you’d expect from a hotel. Beautiful rooms, clean and quiet. The staff are very attentive. And let’s not forget the excellent food at reasonable prices. Next time we’re in Huaraz, we won’t have to look for a place to stay. There’s no doubt we’ll be back.

The staff were really friendly and the rooms were a lot more modern than the pictures showed, we had a jacuzzi bath in our room which was great for after our hikes.

“Good stay in a quiet cozy area of Huaraz”
The rooms are very comfortable, perfect after very long travels. The staff was very responsive and kind - both for accommodation as well as for the restaurant. Delicious food!

The room, neatness, staff, location everything. Piller, she was so nice and very helpful for us.. she managed and hlwpdd us our day trips and transportation all. It was so smooth because of it. And also the room were very super nice. Everyday they super clean the room and arranged it like new room, which is sometime very rare from other hotels. Highly highly recommending it.!
