“Basic, clean and central location.”
The rooms are basic but clean. Location is excellent, makes it easy for attending tours. I had a desk in my room which was great as i had to do some work while i was there. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff were extremely warm and welcoming, even with my basic spanish speaking level, they were really nice and happy to help in anyway. Breakfast was simple but nice. For the price and the hotel being located in the plaza, it's a great deal. Highly recommend

The location is really good. From Lima to Huaraz the night buses usually arrive super early, so we arrived at 5 am and the hotel let us check in earlier without charging us anything.

The stuff at reception was very kind, helpful and willing to help with anything we needed. Highly recomend the hotel because of the personel at first place. Also the breakfast was fine and the location is perfect at the plaza.

The staff went well above and beyond to help out. I have traveled a lot and I don't think I've ever had as good of service anywhere else. They are available to answer any questions or concerns 24/7. Amazing. Also, warm/hot shower with great water pressure was a nice surprise.

“Good location, good breakfast, but mold in the bathroom”
The location was super central, next to Plaza Arma. We asked for the room with windows not to the street and despite the central location was pretty quiet. We also really appreciate the late check out option. The breakfast was good with many fruits.
