“Perro ladra durante la noche.”

The dog next door barked at 1:30/2:30/3:30 AM every night! I went next door. The owner said the dog barked for protection. Bunk. I saw the dog bark at other dogs, not at any people!! The owner leaves the dog outside at night. The dog naps during the day, when he's not barking at other dogs going by, or at night, like clock work, every night. We had a nice oceanfront room with a window next to this dog.

I loved this hotel so much I came back to stay here again, after my few days visiting Trujillo. The staff, were incredibly helpful and friendly. A big thank you to Anita and Carlos at reception, who went out of their way to help make my stay here exceptional. The hotel is located perfectly, just on the edge of the main busy area, so it’s not noisy but still easily accessible. The rooftop terrace is lovely for breakfast and drinks. I booked one of the ocean view rooms with a jacuzzi on the balcony, and the view out to the ocean is so great; the sunsets from the balcony (and jacuzzi) are amazing. I’d definitely recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Huanchaco.

“Couldn't sleep”

The view. The morning staff is great. We forgot our thermos in the bedroom, the staff contacted us and the thermos was returned back to us.

“I was fooled by fancy photos and a high price. This was not the case when we arrived!”

The restaurant had a great setting and the staff were very helpful.

“Excellent place to stay, especially in the summer.”

The hotel is located opposite the ocean shore with a nice view from the hotel restaurant upstairs. The staff were friendly and very helpful and the room was always clean and tidy when we returned. The restaurant served a very nice breakfast and the staff were super accommodating. Room service was prompt as well.
