No windows, bathtub old, not comfortable, low pressure, terrible lighting, bad value for me money... Supposed to be mountain view but middle of city... Not recommend... Also no carpark

There was a wardrobe, desk with chair. The bathroom was an adequate size, with hot shower and plug in sink. Only one towel was initially provided, but they gave a second one when asked. The towels were larger than others. The hotel was clean and they would have cleaned the room every day if we wished. The staff were friendly. There was someone on reception 24 hours a day. The hotel was about 4-5 blocks from the main plaza, it was within walking distance from the Los Andes bus terminal. There were recycling facilities in the reception area.

“Not bad for the money but don't expect luxury”
Pretty reasonable for the price. Massive TV (too big?). Clean. Not too much noise from the road, which is pretty good for Peru.

“Comfortable and convenient place to stay, amazing staff, a great location, and very affordable.”
A simple room with all the basics, and a great view (5th floor) and a great location just a few blocks from the Plaza de Armas (Main Square) The staff was amazing - attentive and went beyond the call of duty when I came down with covid and had to self-isolate in my room: they ordered all my meals for me so that I could stay in the room.
