The room was not the one presented in photos of BOOKING.COM. As the receptionist admitted, the photos in BOOKING were of another room, much superior than the one they gave us. The room was truly miserable, the toilet was awful. Many items were broken. The bathroom sewer smelled badly.

Very relaxed common areas: bar/restaurant, cosy room, outdoor terrace with great views Room was clean and comfortable, with heater! Staff really friendly and helpful, with mixed english speaking abilities. Short bus ride from busier Tilcara. Just what we needed after arriving from a long bus journey.
