Great place to relax for the night

“Just lovely!”

It's a lovely place, close to everything yet with a farm feel. The chickens and geese were a nice surprise that we all enjoyed, and they were so well behaved. The chocolates on the pillows and the little welcome messages in the rooms was a nice touch, and attention to detail is excellent. Jenni was very welcoming and overall we had a superb experience. Definately recommend Aloe Croft if you need somewhere to stay while in Hilton, Howick or even Pietermaritzburg or just for a relaxing getaway in the country.

It was situated in the most beautiful estate and the cottage so excellently equipped with everything you could think of. The attention to detail by the host made it feel like walking into 5 star accommodation. 100% will book this property sooner rather than later

Super clean and comfortable. A lot of attention is paid to detail and hospitality. A beautiful and tranquil view from the verandah.

Although we did not meet the tenant personally, we were welcomed with fresh water and handpicked flowers. The move-in instructions, despite being quite extensive, are easy to follow, allowing for a seamless move-in. The apartment features a lot of utilities. Especially the washing machine and the dryer came in very handy after two weeks of travelling.

The property was spotless and very comfortable. The verandah is the real gem which allowed us to enjoy the beautiful view whilst listening to the bird life. A peaceful haven indeed. The staff were exceptional and looked after us so well over the week we stayed.

What a gorgeous little cottage in the Midlands. The gardens are exceptional, the location is perfect, and we will definitely be back.

Nice and tranquil ! Perfect for a chilled weekend! Cannot even recognise the chaotic Durban atmosphere! Literally in a quite beautiful estate. Literally all the Braai equipment you need or think you’d need is there: tongs spices alles loveeeeed it! Definitely coming back worth it for the money I spent!

The cottage was in a great location, super comfy and very well equipped. Jenni was incredibly helpful and we will definitely be back.
