“Bed bugs! Literal bed bugs. We reported it, the company did not care. Unbelievable.”

The house was a mess, smelled like dogs. On top of that: bed bugs. Literal bed bugs. The amount we had to pay on forehand for 'professional cleaning' exceeded the actual rent (which was already an unwelcome surprise after booking). When we reported this to the company they seemed to not care at all. Although I'm used to all sorts of issues and usually don't mind, this, to me, is insane. This company should not rent out apartments.

Everything for a short holiday was on the place.
