“Nice place”

Very nice hotel and restaurant in the middle of nowhere. Friendly and helpful staff, tidy and comfortable rooms. It is my 2nd stay there and I will definitely come back.

The suite was marvelous with a comfortable bed, a nice terrace and the best part was the 2 person bathtub. I would definitely stay there again.

“Lovely New Year’s Eve”

Luxury room (spacious, big bed and nice jacuzzi). Loved that my dog could be with us. Breakfast was nice as well. The staff were all very friendly. Nice forests next to the hotel to walk with the dog.

We were staying in the hotel as on our way back from Holland. The hotel looks nothing from the outside but our room was large and comfortable. Nothing nearby, so we ate in. Excellent brasserie, good food but quite expensive. Free parking behind the hotel. Excellent breakfast. Overall recommended as a decent stopover hotel with good food.

A very good hotel which exceeded our expectations in every sense. Food and drink selection was excellent and the staff were so friendly and could not have done more for us. Restaurant was of high quality and reasonably priced.

I found all the hotel staff exeptionally polite and friendly and client oriented. The beds are soft and you fall asleep there immediately. The tempretature in room is very comfortable. Everything is clean. Parking is big and free, breakfast is delicious. Very warm, hospitable, cosy and comfortable place. I hope I will come there again next year.

“Nice location but don't expect to be treated as a customer”

Mixed feelings on my stay. At arrival the welcome was very warm and nice, the room was probably cleaned some time ago then not used for a while so not totally clean as apparently it was not checked since then, but we could deal with it. Breakfast is great even though the second day we were moved to another room with no heating until I asked for it. Services not clear at all, the room rules read that we were to have a free tea a day but no kettle is provided. Hence we get it from the bar the first night and get a bill for that. The day after I ask for explanation and I'm told that bar and hotel were not aligned and I shouldn't worry. During the last night I ask for a tea again and again I get a bill so I explain that as per their own rules I am not supposed to pay. That is were things get worse as the, I suppose, restaurant owner walks in and she tells me that bar and hotel are different companies, that the bill was issued so if I didn't pay then it was on the waiter, that I was wrong in not specifying (their own) rule to them before issuing the bill. All of that while touching me repeatedly and trying not to make me talk. Then I say that I am not used to quarrel for 5 miserable euros and I would pay straight away, just the rules were not clear at all (to them). And I'm not supposed to know as a customer that they are two different things and they don't talk to each other, or whatsoever communication issuesthey might have. Behaviour totally unprofessional and rude. Pity as the location is nice, breakfast is great and I was there for the track championships and thinking about coming back again in a few years, but as I told them I will.never come back as they don't know what it means to deal with customers.

Friendly staffs, with quick response and well support. Very good Breakast and restuarant. My favorit menu is Crazy Chicken Salad.
