“Excellent stay”
The house was very safe even in the area. All the staff was very friendly and we felt welcomed. My kids enjoyed the playground and pool. Thank you for giving us an excellent stay. We're definitely coming back on Sumner. How can I forget about the delicious, fresh and hot breakfast.

The breakfast very hearty and excellent value for money and it was very well prepared by the staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them :-) We enjoyed the service that we received from them. Banda is fantastic and he offered us an upgrade on our room because he was aware that it did not have a view and took the trouble to call the owner took the necessary arrangements...he has a ready smile and is a realm asset. The rooms are spacious and very neat and we could not be happier with what was available to us.

We really enjoyed our stay. The guest house was clean, cozy and had a lovely relaxing atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the location was great. Even when we missed breakfast, the host was very kind and made us feel comfortable. It really felt like a home away from home.

“Pleasantly surprised — no complaints”
Our room was spacious and came with a patio that had genuinely lovely views — the kind you actually stop and look at. The location works well if you're visiting Lichtenstein Castle, which is where we had a function, and the proximity made things easy. Staff were friendly and pleasant throughout. A solid stay overall.

“Not good”
They need Aircons like asap! Nobody can sleep in that head. The lady could have let me know i had to pay a "upgrade fee" But I booked the 2 rooms upstairs with a Seaview and still need to pay a upgrade fee. The reception lady was nowhere to see. I need to work with a forerunner!!! So the Birthday weekend, was not good. Thank you.
