Every time I am in Houtbay it is my to go place ,my room was lovely the bed very comfortable.Anele,Aphiwe and Kim's welcome is exceptional with so much warmth and kindness.You immediately feel at home,the place is very clean and the view of the beach is breathtaking.Thank you for my wonderful stay, keep up the good work.

Kim and her team were absolutely fantastic. Everything was spotlessly clean, well organized, and the location is perfect. I originally came just for a weekend, but I loved it so much that I ended up staying an extra week. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of the entire time. Highly recommended, I would definitely stay here again!

Just next to the beach. Beautiful views, huge and nice common area. Nice garden, very spacious with benches and tables. Parking closed. Felt very safe in the neighbourhood area.

Close to the beach, friendly staff, and appliances with an oven. Perfect view from the common areas to the mountains and the beach.

Kim was absolutely wonderful - so professional and accommodating. The view from the room was amazing. We stayed here specifically to do a race on the Sunday morning and it was perfectly safe to walk to the start and back. Ideal location - and so close to food, beach and town - but also far away for some real peace and tranquility.
