Communication was excellent and collecting keys was easy. The accommodation was roomy and well situated, with a lovely view of the beach. The security staff were especially helpful, providing information on local attractions. Tea, coffee and some treats were provided upon arrival, as well as beach towels and other necessities.

Claudia was at the apartment to greet us and show us around when we arrived. The apartment was beautiful and well equipped and Claudia was friendly and helpful. Superb flat in the Village on the ground floor, close to the shops and beach plus many eateries. The garden overlooks Hout Bay beach and harbour plus views of Chapman Peak drive. Excellent all round stay.

When you open the patio doors, the view of Hout Bay is absolutely breathtaking. You are literally yards from the beach. The flat is very comfortable and well-equiped and has two bathrooms, always a bonus. Secure parking under the apartment is also useful. Meeting the host's agent was easy and the welcome pack of food etc provided was perfect. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

The best thing about the property is the location to the beach - literally a walk over the street and you’re on the beach front. If it wasn’t for that I would rate this a lot lower. The location pushes this rating up - if you’re planning to be off property most of the time on the beach, 💯 worth the cost. If not - I suggest finding a different place.

Spacy and very cosy apartment, conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery shopping, and some meters away from the beach. Lovely owner who was there for us immediately when we needed some info. Can definitely recommend it further.
