What a superb hostess Brigitte is. So friendly and welcoming. We shared an evening meal with her and other guests and after an evening of ibteresting conversation slept soundly in a very comfortable bed. Excellent valie for money. Highly recommend.

A quiet countryside location in a small village not far from Vendome and the main roads heading south through France. It is a homestay so you are in the hosts house, which made it a much more enjoyable and personal experience. If that's not your thing, probably best to look elsewhere. The bathroom is shared, but very clean. The bedrooms are comfortable and clean and it is excellent value for money. If you are looking for a hotel type stay this is not it. There is no TV in your room, no mini bar, complimentary toiletries or any of that. It helps if you speak some French and are respectful of the fact that this is the host's home. Breakfast and Dinner are available, message before staying to request this and you will get a lovely home cooked meal. The host is a delightful lady, warm, hospitable with a great sense of humour! The first thing I was asked when I arrived was would I like a cold beer! I loved it and stayed again on my homeward journey. Much more than an overnight stop, this was a proper taste of French hospitality and culture.

The host was amazing. A really friendly lady. This place is lovely and clean and fantastic value for money. Garden is so nice relaxing to sit and plan your next days travel. I would definitely return.

Very calm and pleasant location, very homey and cozy feeling. The room with very comfortable mattress. The owner is very accomodating. We had very interesting conversation with her and other travelers during the home cooked dinner. Nice selection on jams for breakfast. Interesting location nearby. I would definitly recommend this location and return if in neighbourhood.

Very nice place in a beautiful surrounding. Brigitte was a perfect host. We had a lovely dinner with another couple, spent a nice evening in the garden of this calm place.
