“Beautiful family home in Houlgate”
We loved our stay at Casateja Houlgate and will definitely be returning. The home was in a beautiful, quiet setting and had everything we needed for our young family. The beds were very comfy and the host provided stair gate, cot and high chair for our toddler. It truly was a home from home.

The house was absolutely lovely, there were five of us - two children under 14 - and we had so much space inside the property. There was a raised, covered veranda at the back of the house, which we ate our breakfasts and evening meals at and played games with the children into the evening. There was a BBQ facility, which we used on two occasions, and a ping pong table, enjoyed by us all. The property was in a really quiet location and the beach was about 25 minutes walk away, through the town. We found the host, and all of the local people, to be helpful and friendly. The bottle of Poire, a pear based sparkling drink provided by our host, was also very appreciated, and we purchased some bottles to bring home! We look forward to a return visit as the property and the location ticked a lot of our boxes!
