The front desk girl was really nice. Apparently she was doing double-duty, both taking care of front desk duties and cleaning rooms. She should’ve had help, though she seemed to be on top of things. The location was great right off the expressway. The view from my window was just woods, which I really liked. The breakfast was wanting a bit but it was sufficient.

“Unfriendly and unprofessional staff”
Staff was not able to even use their own system and find a reservation. Even if I show their messages and confirmation through booking.com, they insisted that they did not sent and confirmed any reservation of us. Claiming that booking.com sent those messages without their knowledge and confirmation. As this was all my problem and told us that booking.com charged us not them. They were so unfriendly, not solution-oriented. I will never ever stay any of the hotels they have. I should warn all people planning to stay there you might end up without a room to stay in the middle of the night.
