“A perfect family getaway to enjoy simple pleasures and nature”
We stayed for 3 nights during the May holidays as a family of five, and enjoyed our time at La Ferme de Werpin. The location is peaceful, up on a quiet hill, with hiking trails around—we felt we didn’t need to go anywhere else to relax. The house is charming, and our room was simple but very comfortable. There’s a nice garden where the kids could run around, and the shared BBQ area outside was great too. Everyone at the accommodation was kind and friendly, and since the weather got warmer when we arrived, they even offered us a cooler room that was available. It’s also a great base for exploring the Ardennes—Durbuy and La Roche-en-Ardenne are just 20 minutes by car, and the nearby town Hotton was also convenient. We left feeling refreshed - thank you so much!

“Just go!!”
Great spot for a family vacation! My kids loved the animals and all the outdoor playgrounds. You can even go and pet/brush the pony's!!! The rooms were cosy and very clean! They serve breakfast right to your door which was a first for us but so thoughtful and way easier with small children.

Ideal for families seeking quiet time in the hills with beautiful views and a quaint town nearby to explore. Basic but comfortable beds, with couches also usable for sleeping. Cozy, rustic, and warm old-house vibe with a functional bathroom and a kitchen equipped with basic utensils. The host was sweet, helpful, and accommodating. Great value for money with easy car parking at the property. A Carrefour is 15 minutes away by car for food and other essentials.

Very good place and friendly hosts. Kids enjoyed the space to run around. The barbecue facility was also nice. Maybe a small suggestion would be to have a lock for the toilet in the big apartment. But other than that we had a wonderful time.

“Nice, relaxed spot for active weekend in the Ardennes”
The beds were excellent. The common BBQ area was nice and soundproofing much better than we feared - we didn't hear the neighbours. Kind staff.

“A lovely, authentic and unique place in a beautiful area. Simple and cozy room.”
This farm is a truly special place. It feels very authentic. It is set in a beautiful village in a gorgeous area. There are many hiking trails around and also a short driving distance to Hans sur Lesse, Hotton caves, the beautiful Durbuy town and the fun Durbuy adventure park. The ladies who took care of us were super friendly and helpful. The place was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Our kids loved the animals (donkeys, pigs, hens) and were allowed to pet them, which they really enjoyed.
