“Nice hotel with very friendly service and basic ammenities”

Friendly service from the lady running the hotel. English not spoken, but of course it is not in England and I got to practice my french with her instead ☺️ I was proactively offered a bottle of water each time I went out, a beach chair when heading for the beach, and some coffee and pastries before leaving in the morning (I had not pre-booked breakfast). The room was clean and comfortable, I slept very well (once a loud TV had been turned off upstairs around 22:00).

The time spent at the hotel was wonderful. The hostess was very accommodating and helpful in all matters. Also all the staff are very friendly. The interior of the hotel is just magical. Would recommend the full breakfast which helps a lot in the morning. The location of the hotel is very convenient to get to the beach and the city center does not take 10 minutes to walk. The room was very spacious, importantly there is air conditioning and even a bathroom. Each room has its own balcony where you can relax nicely overlooking the garden with palm. The place is very bright and spotlessly clean. The first impression is very bright and welcoming. Throughout the property there is a feeling of cleanliness and it is obvious that the owner takes a lot of pride in the running and appearance of the hotel. The room was well appointed and very comfortable bed. A large bottle of water was provided for the room.

The owner is extremely helpful and diligent. Our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The hotel itself has an unusual design but in a good way. The gardens around the hotel are neat and well maintained. Breakfast was superb and we were offered surplus to take to the beach for lunch - napkins and bags provided! A very good experience. The location of the hotel is perhaps a problem for someone wishing an evening meal (not available at the hotel) but there is an excellent small beach-side restaurant (Rosarito) literally 10 minutes walk away (across scrubland, decent footwear required).

Spotless, perfect but no good without transport. Perfect if travelling by car.

I was welcomed and everything was explained. The room was very comfortable and clean and had everything i needed. The breakfast was very good. I was also given large bottles of water which had been frozen. Overall the stay was good value for money.
