The location of the hotel is really convenient - on the main square so easy access to restaurants and shops. The staff was so friendly and very helpful. Our room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. It's nice that free coffee and tea is available in the lobby. The breakfast was excellent!

“Stay here when you come to Horsens!”

Great location and easy to get to from the train station. Really friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. Appreciated the honour system mini bar and the beautiful terrace to enjoy a drink or coffee.

It was very central, the staff were extremely friendly and breakfast was delicious. We booked the 2 bedroom apartment which was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. It also had a great view of the centre of Horsens.

Wonderful breakfast!

We have been here several times. A smaller cozy hotel driven by a small and warm staff. It is situated in the middle of the pedestrian area. Parking access at the rear. There are rooms overlooking the busy and mostly quiet pedestrianstreet, All of the rooms are way above streetlevel. The staff is wonderfull, and they offer a delicious breakfast with homemade bread. The breakfast alone is worth booking for. If you expect and prefer a huge international hotel with standard continental breakfast and brands, go somewhere else. The hotel offers smaller businessfacilities too. This is a cozy and relaxed place and you'd quickly get aquainted with the staff. Everything seems thought of. We and others have often been offered a glass of good wine and there is often time for at talk with the host and staff. Lunch and dinner is to be eaten elsewhere, but there are plenty of really good restaurants within walkingdistance 5 min. walks.

“A very nice 3-star hotel”

The hotel is centrally located and everything is within reach. The center square itself is very nice. The check in is very simple and straightforward. The parking is free (registration is necessary). There is an elevator from parking to a hotel reception (probably in the hotel itself too, but my room was at the ground leven, so I didn't pay attention). The hotel restaurant is very nice and cozy. The rooms are somewhat basic, but cozy. Floor heating is a blessing (you have to love it). Windows can be opened in the rooms (yes, this is somewhat normal, but I have learned to appreciate it). The patio/terrace is very nice (and must be especially nice at summer). The staff is very friendly and approachable. The room service is good (room was taken care of every day and everything was tip-top, bathroom was very clean). The rooms itself do not have plenty amenities, but everything is available in house: minibar (for those late night munchers), irons and ironing boards (I iron my own shirts)... and the friendliness of the staff would probably get you whatever else you need. Wi-Fi is excellent. TV programs are OK. The breakfast ist - SUPERB. Considering some remarks below, I could not have written outstanding review, but this hotel has nothing to be ashamed of and I would not mind staying there again.

I arrived at the hotel around 10:00 PM. Although there was no one at the reception, they contacted me after my reservation and informed me how to get the keys. I had a smooth check-in process.
