We were very disappointed with our stay at this property managed by NOVASOL AS. Upon arrival, the house was not cleaned, which was especially frustrating as we were traveling with children. There were spiders throughout the house, even on the bed, and one of us has a dust allergy, which made the situation worse. Instead of being able to relax, we had to spend the first hours cleaning ourselves. The kitchen was particularly dusty, and we spent two hours cleaning it during our stay. Despite this, we were charged 775 Danish kroner for a cleaning service that we clearly did not receive. Given the poor state of the house when we arrived, it’s unacceptable that we were expected to pay for a cleaning service that was never provided. We do not recommend this property, and we are very disappointed with NOVASOL’s handling of the situation.
