Great location in Hopkins. Wade very friendly and helpful. The rooms very very clean, spacious and plenty of equipment if you wanted to cook. There were bikes to borrow for free so you can bike around the area.

Great location, very central but set back from the main street. Lovely balcony which we used every day. Wade was helpful and informative. We enjoyed watching the birds and iguanas. The rooftop terrace had excellent views.

“Expensive & Unreliable host”

After paying 2 weeks before and receiving several email confirmations and reminders 1 week before my booking, on the date of my booking it was a mess to check-in -- the local concierge was unreachable, I had to call an international number that confirmed my booking. The email confirmation and instructions said that the keys are inside a lock box with a code. The box was empty and it took sometime before I was able to talk to someone who has the keys. The local cleaner was nice but was not informed of my booking. I had to talk to a 3rd person that I don't know to confirm again my booking. I was told I can only use the AC from 730pm until 9am although i paid for a fully Ac room. My room interiors was nice and had the basic amenities including a coffee maker. But the AC wasn't initially working. they had to fix and I had to wait for the night to make it work. I could hear the noise from the room upstairs -- footsteps and furniture rearranging at 5AM -- on both mornings I was there !!! My requests for tours was never responded to. The local contacts were not able to give me recommendations. For all the hassle, this property is too expensive and unreliable to recommend to tourists and guests in Belize.
