“Fantastic... If you prefer high-tech, Japanese-style micro rooms”

This is a highly unusual budget model. It seems to be modeled for Japanese travelers in that the rooms were very compact and there was a very expensive, 13-button bidet toilet.

Quiet location on edge of town. Good facilities, thoughtful up to date additions when renovated.

Beautiful chalet where we enjoyed family time comfortably. Our needs were met in unit, including complimentary comb/toothbrush/toothpaste combo. Never have I seen that offered, wonderful for travelers. At check-in a basket with some comfort snacks was offered. Spacious unit, decorated in a home comfort style. I never feel comfortable in hotels/motels, they feel like the doctors office to me, stiff and uncomfortable; but the chalet felt like this was my living space, we felt at home so we could fully relax. Was very nice, highly recommend!

“A Restful Resort”

My stay at Richca Chalets Resort was a memorable experience. All staff from management to housekeeping to the handyman were friendly, quick to respond to any requests, and always cheerful. Daily housekeeping made sure I had ample coffee supplies, clean towels and fresh garbage bags. The new owners are in the midst of renovations and while I was there, they were moving the office. Lots of laughter while workmen bustled in and out. Some newly renovated suites have such amenities as bidets. I stayed in a ground floor room which made easy access for my dog and I to get outside with my walker. The staff greeted myself and my dog with a friendly " hello" whenever they passed and more often than not my furever friend got a quick pet as the staff went on their way for daily routines. Definitely a great place for young and old alike! Plus.....whenever I had questions, needed something, there was always a quick response. Everyone treated like guests not just numbers.

I loved the peace and quiet my room gave me and my furever friend. All staff were friendly and eager to help with any issues that occurred. Requests were handled quickly and always with a smile. Fresh linens were offered on a daily basis and coffee/sugar/ coffee mate for the room were daily replenished. The rooms are quaint with some newly updated and those staying there tend to not be partiers. There are even some permanent residents at this location. Rooms vary in size and number of beds to accommodate singles or families. A beautiful place with beautiful people running it! I would highly recommend Richca Chalets Resort to anyone wanting a different kind of accommodation in Hope, BC

“Comfy stay when travelling through Hope.”

Close to town, great views, very comfortable beds, warm, very clean and lovely staff.

We booked late in the day and couldn't check in til after hours. We received prompt communication on the issue and felt comfortable arriving late.

The staff was very nice. Though we could not eat any, we appreciated there being free snacks in the room.

Helpful staff and charming flat with a look that takes you back to the 90s, I loved it ! They gave us some crisps as a welcome gift, which is a nice touch

The beds were very comfortable. Parking was right at the door of the room. Staff was very curtious and showed me right to the unit. Room was equipped with a fridge and microwave although I didn't need it this time. Room was quiet.

This place is such a gem! Very thrilled that we found this place. The room we stayed in was clean and cozy. It featured a bidet toilet which is pretty fancy. The bed was comfy. The medicine cabinet had tooth brushes and tooth paste if you forgot your own. They definitely have great hospitality!

Clean and comfortable.

I booked my stay on line and was lucky enough to get in on very short notice..... about an hr or less. Very very friendly staff and so accommodating. Cute little place and very clean. Would highly recommend this place. 👍👍
