“Dirty sheets”
I stayed overnight on friday and sent email with photo that the sheets were dirty at 2:30am when I discovered it when i went to bed. They did not respond,so I covered it up with the towels. I then told them in the morning and showed photo when I checked out. Said they had to talk to manager. Then said that they couldn't compensate or report as the cleaner would get fired. Then said they would get manager to call. No call backs or emails. Just called again Tuesday afternoon. They said it was my fault as I did tell them there was a problem within 15 minutes of being there. I said I didn't check the sheets, and she got mad and said everyone checks the room and they have 24hour service.

Our room was filthy, not even just a little dirty but filthy. The bathroom especially. The floors were clearly not washed for sometime, someones broken fake red fingernail was on baseboard beside the tub, dirt and dust behind the door and along the walls, shower curtain had old soap scum on it. Bottle caps on the floor between the bed and night stand, hand prints on the walls.... was gross!!!h
