Very nice accomodation, beautiful view, the staff was helpful and accommodating, they serve tasty king crab and other traditional dishes at the restaurant. We spent a week there and felt at home, I really wish we will come back one day.

My stay at Sarnes Seaside Cabins was disappointing. The clogged toilet wasn’t fixed despite complaining, doors and stairs constantly creaked, and there were no options to darken the windows in summer, causing issues with the never-ending daylight. On the positive side, the fantastic view and the restaurant with great cuisine were highlights, but unfortunately, it was closed on Monday and Tuesday. I can only recommend this accommodation with reservations.

Great cabin! Along the main road to the Nordkapp. Comfortable, equipped kitchen, by the sea with a beautiful view. Very satisfied. Recommend it!

“Perfect midsummer holiday”
Really nice location, there was also pop-up restaurant on location, we didn’t had time to go there but it was nice extra. We also had change to see king crabs as there was fisher man boat on last morning when we left. Cabin was awesome, we really liked to stay here. Good facilities and everything was just perfect. Thank you, we had really good Midsummer days here!

We understand that the property is located in an area where heavy snowfalls are frequent but when we arrived we had nowhere to even stop the car, neither could we access the house since the access road which is quite steep was completely snowed in. Eventually, we found a spot to park the car at the next exit road, walked back through the snow and down to the cabin. The snow was well above our knees & we could not even tell if we were walking on a snowed in path or if there was any steep edges. Eventually, we managed to get down, desperately looking for a shovel or anything else to clear at least a bit around the door to get in. Unfortunately, without any luck. Eventually we found a pan and my husband started to move away the snow on top of the road in order to park the car & around the main door to be able to open it properly. In my opinion, if you are renting out a property, you have to guarantee access to it. If it was someone who has problems walking, it would have been absolutely impossible to get inside. The house was very cold inside. It was was also very basic. We stayed for 2 weeks at different places in northern Norway and Lapland and this was, unfortunately, our worst experience. The owner/manager came after about hours and yes, he was nice and apologized for the snow but I still did not appreciate the whole ordeal of trying to get in and having to leave the car standing partially in the road (which is not necessarily very wide). The equipment like cookware etc. could have also been way better. Furthermore, the cabin has no character, no real decoration, it does not feel cozy at all.
