“Black Mould in Room”
Hotel room was full of black mould and the smell was so strong it wasn't possible to sleep. I told reception staff about this, and was told this is just because of the humidity. I have stayed in several other hotels in Hong Kong and never had to sleep in a room full of black mould. I was offered no compensation or apology, and instead had to check out early as it wasn't possible to sleep here with the strong smell of mould.

I was a little concerned about this hotel having read the reviews, but it far exceeded my expectations! Absolutely beautiful little apartment, spotlessly clean, very stylish & jaw dropping views from the 25th floor. Breakfast was OK for the price we paid. Very cute area with lots of shops, supermarkets and restaurants close by. Near metro station. Staff were very friendly. Hong Kong of course is fabulous. Overall, the room was much bigger than we expected as well & twice the size of the one in Singapore we stayed in.

“Book the 3 bedrooms, it is worth it!”
We had a very pleasant stay in Urbanwood. Space was large considerably to also put our luggage. There's 2 bathrooms and a dining table enough to sit in 4 to 6 people. There's a common library space above the lobby for guests to fill their water. Small kitchen is available and they also have a nice sitting area for dining or reading. There's a gym at the top floor which is good enough for a quick workout. It is 5mins walk to MTR and easy to get to ocean park within 20mins.

This hotel was very modern. The room itself was very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Very well equipped. Beds were very comfortable. The room was mostly very clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Close to a metro station.

I love the location as it is close to MTR and bus stations to causway bay. There are loads of local restaurant in Ap Lei Chau main street which is convenient. The staffs in reception are helpful if I need anything like tissue.
