Staff was exceptionally kind and always looked after us. Even though the location is a but out of the centre there is a bus stop right across the hotel and the surrounding are much nicer than staying on mainland.

The room was very comfortable. The happy hour, 5 to 9pm at club 8 was wonderful. If you like it cold the place is perfect. Taste food.

The room was so clean and comfortable. We were on the 31st floor and had a fabulous view of the City. Staff were very helpful and friendly and Breakfast was sufficient. 12A bus stop across the road takes you to the MTR station. We walked the 15 min walk as all downhill. We always took a taxi back from Central as it was uphill all the way and only cost £3!

Good property this my second stay the reception boy at check in was rude same no toothpaste etc... Else the lady at checkout was excellent very polite and helpful and bell captains were nice location is very good loved the drinks all good in the property

We loved the location, just a short walk to the botanical garden and zoo. The staff were very efficient. Asked for an iron and it was promptly delivered. Also liked the shuttle bus.

Great location above Central, the location is quiet but very convenient for the city, you can walk across a pedestrian bridge and through the botanical gardens into the business district. Taxis are easy to catch and there is a bus stop and a small supermarket opposite the hotel. The staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel has a self-laundry which is great (and very economical!) for long stays or a family. There is a small kitchenette which allows you to make breakfast (or heat up meals if that’s your thing), and again, great for a long stay. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom has a large walk-in shower, there is a nice view over the city and the beds are very comfortable.

My room had a superb view over Hong Kong - as good as it gets. The breakfast at HK $88 was exceptional value. The staff were excellent. It was always easy to get a taxi from the front gate within 2 minutes.

The property had a lovely view of the city. It was close just across the street from the zoology and botanical garden. Not far from a supermarket, walking distance from hong kong garden and pacific mall. Walking distance from Tram station to the peak or the starting point to go up to the Peak. My husband and i took the Tram and walked down. It was lovely My husband and i appreciated the kitchen with a stove and ventilation. Has a water kettle, a small dining table and really useful utensils. It was efficient and thoughtfully organized. Has a spacious cabinet. It has a day bed overlooking the city. It was beautiful in the morning and pretty romantic at night. It was my favorite part of the room. Bathroom was clean and had everything we need and some extra so we never had to ask for anything. Breakfast was pleasant and had the restaurant was pleasant to dine in. Servers were always attentive and efficient.

My room had fantastic view over Hong Kong with cooking facilities and fruit provided every day. The hotel is very well located in relation to Central and you can always get a taxi right outside within a couple of minutes. A supermarket is located 70 metres away. The staff are extremely helpful and the price of the hotel is very competitive.

Location is perfect. In the city but still a bit of green around you.
