“Short but memorable stay”
Staff really exceeded expectations, very knowledgeable, always friendly and looking out for our needs. Didn't interact with housekeeping directly but they cared for the room very well, attention to detail is noticeable. Location could not be more convenient with Pacific Place mall just a minute away.

Beautiful hotel! Excellent service. Our room was comfortable, well appointed and we couldn't have asked for more. The complementary mini-bar was a bonus. Comfortable bed and linens, beautiful towels and gorgeous view from both the living area and the bathroom. Excellent breakfast with amazing view of the city from the restaurant.
