I am really disappointed with the practice of reserving a deposit sum on my card as a pledge. I’ve checked out but the sum is still frozen - all due to the hotel’s policy.

“Comfortable and good value.”
The apartment is new and very clean. It was very quiet. Excellent value for money. We had a two bedroom suite which was good for three of us. There is a very good washing machine / dryer. Front desk staff were very helpful and stored our luggage for us. The location is very convenient. Close to trams, MTR, and the A11 airport bus.

Second time staying at The Stellar, the location is great close to good restaurants and public transportation interesting area for shopping and other activities. Comfortable and clean room and friendly helpful staff would definitely stay here again.

“Great choice for convenience”
Convenient location with an easy walk to MTR, bus, tram on King’s Road and ferry. 1 bedroom was a good size for a couple with full refrigerator and washing machine. Located in the “wet market” street which was always a hive of activity

Had a great stay at The Stellar, North Point. The location is excellent, especially being so close to the tram, making transportation around Hong Kong very easy and convenient. The hotel itself is new, modern, and very clean. Rooms and facilities were well maintained, creating a comfortable stay experience. A good option for travelers looking for convenience, cleanliness, and a nice location in Hong Kong.
