“Fantastic base for exploring Hong Kong - everything is easy to get to.”
The staff were wonderful and a complimentary upgrade to a suite on our final night was an expected delight. We had the pool to ourselves on multiple occasions, too. A beautiful complex, in a great spot with plenty of both high end and cost-effective places to eat right on the doorstep.

“Great place to stay”
Great location, near harbour easy access to trains, taxi's. Plenty of places to eat and drink in the area plus the Hotel has great food at a great price. Very friendly helpful staff. I received a room upgrade when I arrived, to a room with a water view. Great outdoor pool and reasonable gym.

The Hotel is in a good location. They assisted me in making the deposit payment as I was having trouble. Overall condition of Hotel was decent. However, it felt like a 4-star Hotel rather than 5.

Fulfills all requirements for a good 5* hotel. We very much liked the pool, and the extraordinary breakfast. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Good location in TST, walking distance to MRT and Avenue of Stars.

Staff polite and very professional. They upgraded us to a suite free of charge, which was very appreciated. The pool was amazing, as was the view. We didn't have time to review all other facilities, but there are many. Room was a good size and comfortable.

Everything. Great location, you can walk to everything in TST. I was upgraded to a sky view suite and it was a real treat so thank you to the hotel for that. Beautiful room with huge bathroom and dressing room. The gym is just the right size for those away from home work outs. I like this hotel because it’s casual not formal 5 star.
